These terms take effect the moment you complete account creation on xzx10r. Continuing to use the platform after any published update also constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so check back when you see a change notice.

We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account or through an in-platform notice before changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without prior notice but are always dated on the terms page itself.

We retain transaction records and identity documents for the period required under applicable Indian law, then delete them. You can request confirmation of deletion once the legal retention window has passed by writing to our compliance desk.

All deposits made via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are subject to the payment conditions in these terms, including reversal rules and processing timelines. If a deposit does not clear within the stated window, contact support with the transaction reference.

You can raise a formal dispute by writing to our compliance desk. We will review the matter against the relevant clause and respond within the timeframe stated in these terms. Unresolved disputes may be referred to applicable Indian consumer forums.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where local law permits. If a feature or service is restricted in your state, the relevant section of these terms will not apply to your account, but all other provisions remain in force.
